Pōpeku (football)

Study Hall - There will be an electronic sign in that I will generate to keep track of those that are planning to participate in our workout/conditioning. I wonʻt be able to share the full document will all mākua but I can share your student-athletes attendance upon request. One of our main priorities is school, so for those student-athletes that will need more time than the one allotted will have the opportunity to complete any and all assignments before going into the weight room and/or on the field.

 

Schedule - This is the tentative schedule for today and the month of March. It will be three days of the week; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

- Pōʻakahi

Study Hall (2:30pm - 3:00pm)

Weight Room/Stretching (3:00pm - 4:30pm)

Conditioning (4:30pm - 5:30pm) - Transition to lower field.

- Pōʻakolu

Study Hall (1:30pm - 3:00pm)

Weight Room/Stretching (3:00pm - 4:30pm)

Conditioning (4:30pm - 5:30pm) - We will remain up in the HS for field work on Wednesdays.

- Pōʻalima

Study Hall (2:30pm - 3:00pm)

Weight Room/Stretching (3:00pm - 4:30pm)

Conditioning (4:30pm - 5:30pm) - Transition to lower field.

Confirmation - As discussed in our parent meeting, please confirm you and your student-athletes commitment with a simple reply. This way, we can get a good count and idea to who will be at our after school workout/conditioning.

 

We will continue to keep our doors open for any and all student-athletes that want to participate in our after school workout/conditioning. If there are others interested, direct them to my email and we can get the information out to them as soon as possible. Please feel free to email me any other questions that you may have as well.
