1) On/after 8AM on Feb. 2nd (Monday), FILL OUT!: Kaiapuni Priority Placement Request Form (OPENS at 8AM on Mon, 2/2/26 and CLOSES at 4 PM on Fri, 3/13/26.)
IMPORTANT: If you do not have a device (computer or phone) and need to use one of our devices, please call us ASAP at 307-3000 well before the 3/13/2026 deadline.
2) You will get a confirmation email after you submit. Save this email.
3) From March 14th to May 1st: Check your email for an official placement email with a DEADLINE.
4) IF YOU GET A PLACEMENT EMAIL, call us ASAP at 307-3000 for an enrollment appointment to submit papers in person by the deadline on your placement email.
5) At your enrollment appointment, submit all paperwork. Paperwork will only be accepted from those with a placement email on or before the deadline. No papers will be accepted without an official placement email. No papers will be accepted after your deadline has passed.
6) Be sure you have gathered the correct documents (see the sheet at the right for a listing) to be ready for enrollment appointment.
